Introduction to Lisa Happ
Lisa Happ is a Certified Trauma and Divorce Coach, Grief Specialist, Certified Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Coach, and Breakup Recovery Mentor. She supports women navigating heartbreak, betrayal, loss, and the aftermath of toxic or abusive relationships—guiding them toward healing, clarity, and empowerment.
With deep compassion and lived experience, Lisa helps clients move through some of life’s most difficult transitions, including divorce, emotional abuse recovery, and grief. She provides a safe, validating space where women feel seen, heard, and believed—reminding them that they are not broken and that they do not have to face these challenges alone.
Lisa specializes in working with women leaving narcissistic or toxic relationships, helping them rediscover their identity outside of the partnership. Her approach combines personalized coaching with evidence-based modalities such as brainspotting, somatic healing, and toxic relationship recovery. She also supports clients through the practical and emotional complexities of divorce, empowering them to make clear decisions and take aligned action.
Her work focuses on helping clients understand and break cycles of abuse, rebuild self-trust, identify patterns and triggers, and establish healthy boundaries. Through this process, women regain their voice, reclaim their power, and create a future grounded in confidence, fulfillment, and emotional well-being.
