Serene and Strong Sundays is a 45-50 minute virtual group fitness class via Zoom that includes a body-weight resistance and full-body stretching workout that improves strength, balance, stability, and flexibility, and ends with a mindfulness meditation to increase body awareness and autonomy to empower you for a great week ahead.
