Erin Mac is a coach and mentor to entrepreneurs and business leaders. She teaches and guides them on the journey to creating an impenetrable internal experience of joy/happiness so that you no longer need to be at the mercy of people, circumstances and events. You learn how to be intentional in creating your experience and no one and nothing can have power over you. Erin specializes in helping people overcome and prevent fear, anxiety, worry and overwhelm because she had an anxiety disorder that holed her up in her home for nearly a year. Through the process she learned how she created the disorder and strategies to overcoming it. It is her life’s mission to help anyone she can never experience that.
