Scholarship Plan for Survivors

Trauma can be incredibly difficult to deal with and heal from. It can leave women feeling scared, alone, and helpless. But it is possible to heal from trauma. With the right support, women can recover and even grow from their experiences.

Together let's help more women who need support but don't have the resources yet.

What are the Scholarship Recipient Benefits?

Community Support (Forums)

Members will be a part of an open forum discussion with other women to ask questions and get support. This will help members to not feel alone.

Group Coaching Calls (Zoom)

Two live calls are held each month (I strongly encourage members to attend at least one of them). There is tremendous value in participating on these calls. Any teachings I do during the call will be recorded. I will not record personal conversations as we take your privacy seriously.

Tailored Affirmations

I am a wordsmith at creating short, effective affirmations that really work. I will teach members how to use affirmations effectively and provide other helpful tips. Our affirmations empower women to identify who they desire to be, feel more grounded in their bodies, and more aligned in their souls.

Bite-Size Learning

Members will receive one recorded course a month, based on the monthly theme they can watch anytime. There is also a complimentary workbook for documenting recovery throughout the program. Workbook can serve as a place to reflect thoughts and action steps. Small steps can lead to big wins.

Action Plans

Each month during our coaching calls, members will get help with:

  • actionable goal setting
  • accountability
  • developing cognitive & behavioral habits
  • building confidence skills

These actionable steps will help achieve healing and recovery goals.

Self-Discovery Exercises

These exercises complement each month's theme. They will encourage you to dig deeper while also practicing self-compassion. 

These help members:

  • develop greater self-awareness
  • visualize your dreams
  • practice healthier living
